We've stayed here for a short week.

Upon arrival we got a warm welcome and atour of the apartment.

It's an immediat holiday feeling, but that started secretly already on the beautiful journey.

A nice '' personal touch '' was the letterboard in the living area of ​​the apartment where '' Willkommen Peter und Iris '' was written. Those are the things that make it even more fun and special. You feel very welcome

The spacious apartment is  warm and cozy with an eye for detail. There really is thought of everything.

For example, there was a welcome package with goodies to nibble. Coffee milk, sugar, salt, pepper and all kinds of other different herbs.

Aslo super convenient, there are chargers are available to charge your phone. There was also a dishwasher, that is also really a luxury.

Really a nice spacious holiday apartment where plenty of attention has been given to and is thought about convenience, comfort and holiday feeling.

The feeling of relaxation and pleasure certainly exudes. There is a roof terraces so you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. And on the other side you can relax in the hammock after a beautiful day in for example the surroundings of Friedrichshafen and Lake Constance.

What was also very nice are the shutters at the window. So you can have a long sleep in because it stays dark in your room. Especially useful if you go in the summerperiod when the sun is up early in the morning.

Hostess Alexandra is very warm, cheerful and attentive. Make sure that you are really lacking nothing and has many great tips for things you can do in the area. Super convenient.

We enjoyed it very much and were sorry that the week was so fast.

We will definitely be back! And now secretly looking forward to it.

We felt very comfortable there. Very comfortable and nicely decorated and Alexandra has executed a really great welcome basket for me and the dogs.

Last week we came home from a 10-day holiday in the Nuver Huus (Bodensee) 🏠

What a nice, quiet place where you immediately feel at home! A warm welcome by hostess Alexandra and she immediately guides you and explains everything clearly. Always available with questions and comments and good tips for a pleasant stay.

🐾 Very dog friendly and fully equipped 🐾

The house lacks nothing. There are even chargers for your mobile phone 📱

And to top it all off, on December 5th we were pleasantly surprised with parcels with gifts for the dog and ourselves.

At the end of August we slept two nights in 'Nuver huus'. What a cool and complete holiday home. Literal words from the children: is this space entirely for us!

You have the upstairs apartment completely at your disposal and it's fully equipped including an oven for warm rolls in the morning to a dishwasher. Very nice is also that you can enjoy the outdoors with two balconies, one of which is covered.

The location is perfect for daytrips, we have chosen Affenberg in Salem (a party for children!) and afterwards a swim in Lake Constance near Uberlingen. All this is just a half hour drive.

In short, a must for those looking for a complete and spacious holiday home, which is also suitable for pets.

The Nuver Huus is very cozy and lovingly decorated and Alexandra was a great host! We were completely satisfied, did not miss anything and will gladly come back. A visit is especially worthwhile in summer, as the 2 terraces with a scenic view are a dream. Very nice especially for people who want to leave the loud city life behind to come to rest.

Alexandra is a perfect host. Wonderful communication since the very beginning, a warm, smiling helpful welcome and a lovely personality. In August 2018 we were holiday guests in the newly finished apartment in Nuver Huus!

The apartment was a dream, everything is decorated with a lot, a lot of heart, with attention to detail! The apartment is located in a beautiful area with 2 large balconies with a view.

Our landlords are warm, loving people, they try to fulfill every wish, we have already booked again for 2019 and we are very happy. You can also receive visitors, everything is relaxed and of course, we would like to say - THANK YOU - and come back soon!

Me and a friend have been last weekend. We were received very hospitable, we even got apple pie and fresh tomatoes from the garden.

It is a very cozy home.

Most especially it's very complete, you can't think of it or it is there, especially in the kitchen.

You don't have to bring coffee, tea, sugar, herbs etc, and there was even homemade jam.

Very good box springs.

Large t.v. with world channels.

You have a very large roof terrace, and also a large balcony at your disposal.

It is quiet, with beautiful views over the meadows.

Is only a 20 min drive to Lake Constance.

And what I find important is that it is very affordable. In high season 1 week only costs 450 euros, and that includes cleaning, and for that amount you can also bring dogs.

You can also follow a Tiffany workshop.

So in short a must, if you looking for not to expensive and a cozy home on vacation at Lake Constance.

Great location, a super cozy fully furnished apartment.

What is also recommended is that you can follow a workshop of stained glass and what's also a nice bonus is it is AFFORDABLE.

Everything is available, what you need in everyday life. In addition, one is fast in Sigmaringen or on Lake Constance.

Alexandra is a very pleasant and nice hostess.

Last March we were guests at the Nuver Huus, we lacked nothing; excellent reception and hospitable people.

The apartment met our expectations, everything was well thought through and neat and nicely decorated.

The environment is great, especially the view from the roof terrace is beautiful because you can look very far.

Good beds and toilet / shower opportunity.

The shopping facilities are close by.

In short, we will certainly use the cosiness of the Nuver Huus again and then the we plan for our 4-footer to come along. That is also a big plus, that dogs are welcome, regardless of breed or size.
