The Apartment
The name Nuver Huus comes from a dialect from Groningen, spoken in the North of The Netherlands.
My husband and I both grew up in the province of Groningen and when we had to think of a name, it
suddenly became important to us that that aspect of us would come back.
Nuver Huus means Nice House, because it would be a nice and lovingly decorated house. Incidentally, the word has a second meaning; crazy.
Well, that fits, too.
Since we've always traveled with 3 dogs and 2 cats, we know how difficult it can be to find a nice holiday home where it's not just fun for the animals.
Because the owners want to be able to comfortably relax as well.
This apartment has everything we have always missed.
And of course your dogs and/or cats are very welcome! Free and without extra expensives, just like final cleaning.

Lay-out Apartment
'Nuver Huus occupies the top floor of our house.
You'll have access to a spacious parking area and if you'd like to, a garage can be booked.
A fenced part of the garden is available for the four-legged guest and there's a doggietoilet on the roofterrace.
Of course there is free WIFI available, just like multi-language tv so you won't have to miss you favorite tv shows.
Living room
The spacious living room has ample comfortable seating. There is a fan on the ceiling for the hot summerdays.
You will also find a cozy dining area, radio / CD /MP3, smart TV with global TV & Netflix, games and a small library.
From here you have access to a spacious covered balcony.
Kitchen
The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with;

- extractor hood
- fridge, with freezer
- senseo
- coffee machine
- kettle
- toaster
Coffee, tea, sugar, coffee milk and the most commonly used herbs & spices are also available.
Roof terrace
The spacious roof terrace has a beautiful view over the countryside.
It is furnished with a cozy seating area and dining facilities. There is an electric barbecue.
Dogs can run around freely, there is even a dog toilet and little pool for the hot days for them.
Garden
The dogs can play in the fenced garden.
In the summer there is a swimming pool to cool off and there is a sandy area for diggers.
Bedroom
The stylish bedroom has a double bed, boxspring 180x200
There is a small dresser where clothing can be stored.
The bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a sink, (rain) shower and toilet.
From here you have access to the spacious roof terrace.
Balcony
From the living room you enter another balcony. This balcony is also spacious and it is covered.
From here you have a completely different view, namely on the turkeys and geese of our organic farmer neighbour. Very nice to follow that activity.

Coffee, tea & sugar are available - Herbs, salt & pepper are present
- A Nespresso machine is possible on request, but you must bring your own cups
