Covid-19 & FAQ

This virus has presented us with major challenges, the biggest challenge being not to get infected. In my case, that is even more important because I have to use medication because of autoimmune diseases that makes me a very wanted victim, with a probably not so nice outcome.

So the first question we asked ourselves was; should we continue to rent out at all at this time? Can we do that responsibly?

We think we can, but of course only if our guests understand how important it is to me that they adhere to the following guidelines.

Please read them carefully and let me know if there are any ambiguities or if you think we are asking too much of you.

What the German government asks of you

  • Do not travel when you're feeling ill
  • Respect the 3G-rules, make sure you can show you've been vaccinated or, when not vaccinated,  tested PCR negative. Expect to be tested every 3 day at one of the testzentra.
  • Keep one and a half meters distance
  • Use a form of nose and mouth protection in public areas (petrol station, shops, bank, etc.) and in public transport
  • Disinfect your hands when you come out of the supermarket
  • Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds when you return home

What we ask of you besides that

  • Before entering the house, please disinfect your hands with the alcohol from the dispenser hanging by the door
  • Report it immediately if you feel ill

What you can expect from us

  • The apartment is of course cleaned with the utmost care.
When guests leave us,  all linen and bedding is replaced with clean, washed at 60 ° C with detergent containing bleach linen and bedding. It is not possible to bring your own bed linen.
  • After this, the whole apartment is cleaned with an anti-viral / bacterial cleaning agent.
  • The shared areas are disinfected several times a day.
  • We will do everything we can to ensure you have a pleasant and carefree holiday

 Small changes in the service

  • The arrival time has shifted from 15:00 to 16:00 and the departure time from 11:00 to 10:00
This really is necessary because of the additional work we now have in cleaning the Nuver Huus.
  • The 24-hour laundry service is unfortunately unavailable until further notice

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival you are welcome from 16.00. If the arrival time is after 20.00, I would appreciate it if you let me know.

On the day of departure the departure time is at 10.00.

Towels and Bed linen

These are included in the rent.

There is no supermarket in Großstadelhofen. In Pfullendorf there are several, that is only 5-10 minutes drive. But if you do not feel like having to go shopping after the trip, it is wise to bring food for the first evening and possibly morning.

The kitchen is equipped with a full spice rack. Coffee and tea is available.

You can use our private parking space. If desired, you can also book a garage.

Pets are welcome at 't Nuver Huus at no extra cost. You can use a part of our garden and on the roof terrace there is a dog toilet.

We do expect you to clean up behind the dog (s), even when you walk in the village.

It is not the intention that the dog (s) is only left behind when this means that noise will occur. We also have pets ourselves and they will become understandably restless.

A leash is required in the municipality of Pfullendorf.

Internet and Mobile telephony

t Nuver Huus has WIFI that you can use. The mobile phone is not easily accessible everywhere, but via apps like WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram you can make and receive calls as soon as you have registered your phone on the Nuver Huus Internet. I will be happy to help you when you need help.

The mobile is doing fine again when you are about 1 km from Großstadelhofen.

IPTV is installed on the TV so that favorite programs can be followed.

Day of departure

Things that are important:

- Leave the apartment tidy

- Dishes in the dishwasher, dishwasher on
- Clean toilet and dispose of wastebags.

- Do not forget to hand over the keys!

Reserve, book & cancel

After you have reserved the desired time period, you will receive the rental agreement by email. You must return this completed and signed within a week and pay 25% of the total rent. Your reservation will then become a booking, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. You pay the remaining amount no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date. If the reservation falls within 4 weeks, you pay the entire amount at once.

When you cancel the holiday you will not receive your reservation fee back, unless I can rent it to someone else. When you cancel within the 4 weeks before arrivel, you will not get the money back, unlees I can rent it out to someone for the same amount.
I highley suggest you get an travelinsurance to avoid unpleasentness.
Ofcourse we can always agree to pospone your stay with us. This we can do without charge.
