Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival you are welcome from 15.00. If the arrival time is after 20.00, I would appreciate it if you let me know.
On the day of departure the departure time is at 11.00.
Towels and Bed linen
These are included in the rent.
There is no supermarket in Großstadelhofen. In Pfullendorf there are several, that is only 5-10 minutes drive. But if you do not feel like having to go shopping after the trip, it is wise to bring food for the first evening and possibly morning.
The kitchen is equipped with a full spice rack. Coffee and tea is available.
You can use our private parking space. If desired, you can also book a garage.
Pets are welcome at 't Nuver Huus at no extra cost. You can use a part of our garden and on the roof terrace there is a dog toilet.
We do expect you to clean up behind the dog (s), even when you walk in the village.
It is not the intention that the dog (s) is only left behind when this means that noise will occur. We also have pets ourselves and they will become understandably restless.
A leash is required in the municipality of Pfullendorf.
Internet and Mobile telephony
t Nuver Huus has WIFI that you can use. The mobile phone is not easily accessible everywhere, but via apps like WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram you can make and receive calls as soon as you have registered your phone on the Nuver Huus Internet. I will be happy to help you when you need help.
The mobile is doing fine again when you are about 1 km from Großstadelhofen.
IPTV is installed on the TV so that favorite programs can be followed.
Day of departure
Things that are important:
- Leave the apartment tidy
- Dishes in the dishwasher, dishwasher on
- Do not forget to hand over the keys!
Reserve, book & cancel
After you have reserved the desired time period, you will receive the rental agreement by email. You must return this completed and signed within a week and pay 30% of the total rent. Your reservation will then become a booking, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. You pay the remaining amount no later than 4 weeks before the arrival date. If the reservation falls within 4 weeks, you pay the entire amount at once.
When you cancel the holiday you will receive your reservation fee up to 30 days before the arrival date.
What if something goes wrong or breaks?
Let me know as soon as possible when something is wrong, something is missing, something has gone wrong or there are ambiguities. It is important to me that you have a carefree time when you stay with us!
